Allgemeine Fertigungsinformation
Das HUNGER Programm an Formteilen und Halb- zeugen präsentiert sich in einer breiten Palette von Formen und Werkstoffen. An Materialien werden über- wiegend Thermoplaste, Elastomere, Fluorkunststoffe, Fluorelastomere und Silikonelastomere verarbeitet.
Die Präzisions-Formteile werden im Spritzguß- oder Pressverfahren gebrauchsfertig hergestellt. Bei Bedarf können sie auch durch Drehen, Fräsen, Sägen und Bohren mechanisch weiterbearbeitet werden.
Das Formteilangebot umfaßt Teile bis 2100 g Gewicht, nach Kundenmustern oder -zeichnungen. In allen Kon- struktionsfragen wird fachkundige Beratung gewährlei- stet. Für die Formenfertigung steht ein leistungsfähiger Werkzeugbau zur Verfügung.

General Fabricating Information
The HUNGER range of mouldings and semi-finished products cover a wide variety of shapes and materials. The materials processed are mainly thermoplastics, elastomers, fluoroplastics, fluoroelastomers and sili- cone elastomers.
Mouldings are manufactured ready to use by means of injection or compression moulding. If needed, they can be further processed by turning, milling, sawing and drilling.
Parts up to 2100 g weight can be produced, in accor- dance with customer samples or drawings if required. Expert advice is available for all manufacturing questions. Efficient production facilities are available for mould fabricating.
