Der HUNGER Eisabstreifer A-EIS wird dort eingesetzt, wo Elastomerabstreifer durch festhaftenden Schmutz zu schnell verschleißen.
Er besteht aus einem Messingschaber mit radialem Spiel und einem Wischerring aus NBR, die beide in einem Metallgehäuse integriert sind.
Der Messingschaber dient dazu, festsitzenden Schmutz zu entfernen und der Elastomerwischer beseitigt dann nachfolgend lose verbliebene Staubteilchen, Wasser etc.
Ice Wiper
The HUNGER Ice Wiper type A-EIS is used in applica- tions where standard elastomer wipers wear too quickly as a result of contaminants adhering to the piston rod.
The wiper comprises a metal housing with an integral brass scraper and NBR wiper ring. The brass scraper has radial clearance in the housing.
The brass scraper removes any stubborn dirt from the rod, leaving the secondary NBR wiper to remove smaller loose particles of dust, water, etc..
