Der Gleitring wird über die Stange gezogen und dabei etwas aufgedehnt. Der O-Ring wird durch einfaches Einlegen in die Nut eingebracht. Es ist darauf zu ach- ten, dass sich dieser dabei nicht verdreht. Der Gleitring wird nun von der Stange genommen, nierenförmig gebogen und in die Nut des Zylinderkopfes gleichmä- ßig auf den O-Ring gelegt. Die gestufte Seite zeigt zur Druckseite, die angeschrägte Seite nach außen. Die geschlitzten Kammerringe werden seitlich neben dem Gleitring-O-Ring-Paket eingeschnappt. Dabei müssen die Kammerringe rundum auf den am Gleitring ange- formten seitlichen Absätzen anliegen. Überprüfen Sie nochmals die Einbaurichtung des Gleitringes.
Anwendung
Verbesserte Variante einer Gleitring-O-Ring-Dichtung mit höherer Dichtheit. Gleitring kann bei Montage nicht beschädigt werden und im Einsatz nicht abkippen. Keine Spaltextrusion, kein Schleppöldruck bei Tan- demanordnung.
The slide ring is pulled over the rod and is thereby slightly expanded. The O-Ring is then inserted into the groove. Care has to be taken that it is not twisted.
The slide ring is removed from the rod, bent into the shape of a kidney, and inserted uniformly into the groove of the cylinder head onto the O-Ring. The step must be facing the pressure direction.
The split L-rings are snapped into the groove each side of the slide ring and O-Ring and should sit firmly down on the moulded steps of the slide ring.
A final check should be made to ensure the slide ring the correct way round.
Fields of Application
Improved version of slide and O-Ring seal with better sealing efficiency. Easy to fit with no gap extrusion and no slide ring tilt during operation. Dry rod performance when combined in series.
