Der HUNGER Rotor-Dichtsatz RSI besteht aus einem Gleitring aus höchst verschleißfestem PTFE- Compound und drei (doppeltwirkend) bzw. zwei (ein- fachwirkend) O-Ringen aus Fluorkautschuk, welche die Vorspannung der Dichtlippen erzeugen.
Durch zusätzliche axiale Verklemmung der Dichtung wird sichergestellt, dass die dynamische Bewegung am Innendurchmesser erfolgt.
Je nach Anforderung und Betriebsbedingungen em- pfiehlt sich eine Behandlung der Gegenlauffläche, wie z. B. Härten auf ca. 56 HRC oder Hartverchromen.
The HUNGER rotary seal type RSI consists of a highest wear-resistant PTFE-compound slide ring and three (double-acting) or two (single-acting) O-Rings made of Fluoro Rubber Monomer, which provide the pretension of the sealing lips.
Additional axial fixing of the seal ensures that dynamic movement takes place at the internal diameter.
Depending on the specifications and operating condi- tions it is recommended to have the running surface hardened to approx. 56 HRC or hard chromium plated.
